Nowel (a coworker) and I, started a fitness challenge yesterday, Thursday October 21st, 2010. (You can learn more about it in the “Fitness Challenge” section of my blog)
I’ve started the challenge by running on the treadmill for 30 minutes first thing in the morning.
On Monday I will begin the Body for Life Challenge, which I had previously attempted about two years ago (and never completed la la laaa )
I have already taken before pictures, but I will post them alongside the 4-week progress pictures on Thursday, November 11th.
Completed 30 minutes of Cardio on the treadmill. Highest speed: 6.5
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 5 egg whites
Snack: Powerbar protein plus -vanilla
Lunch: veggie patty, salad, and carrot sticks
snack: protein shake
Dinner: Tilapia, brown rice, veggies
