Today’s Challenge Update:

Did  lower body

Hacksquat- 3 sets of 15 reps

Hamstring Curl- 3 sets of 12 reps

Leg press- 3 sets of 12 reps

Calf raises? – 3  sets -12reps

Slowly but surely! 😀
